Sacramento. Calif.-Hoo-Hoo-Ette Club 5 here will offer an ernployment information exchange to women with experience in the lumber industry. Mary Caplis, who is chairman of this service project, invites inquiries from both women seeking such employment and employers who need experienced lumber office employes. The club's affiliation with Hoo-Hoo-Ettes in other cities enables it to aid lumberwomen moving into or leaving the Sacramento area.
The recent September meeting at the Parkview restaurant was devoted to this and other activities planned for tl-re Fall months. Named as Benevolence committee for the holiday charities were Mrs. Opal Slater, Mrs. Esther DeVore and Mrs. Diana Cerates. E,ntertainment for the "bosses" at the first annual Boss's Night, October 14, was delegated to Mrs. Lou Howe, Mrs. Barbara Adams and Mary Caplis on the committee.
The Sacramento Club 5 will hold its next meeting jointly with San Francisco Hoo-lloo-Ette Club 3 in Vallejo, Calif.
