Phil H. Phillips has joined Kaiser Gyps-um Company as field credit manager for the Long Beach area, it was announced in Oakland by James J. Mahar, general credit manager.

Gene Bliss, formerly with Evans Products and Welsh Panel, has joined the wood products division of Boise Cascade Corp. in San Francisco, where he will be responsible for paneling and other hardwood sales in the western states area.

California Pacific Sales Corp. has taken pity on Ray Tierney and Bill Wickett, the company's commute-worn northern California sales reps, by closing the San Francisco sales ofrce and moving it closer to home for the two men. Being Ray lives in Concord and Bill in Lafayette, they split the difference and Walnut Creek got the nod. The new address is 2678 North Main St.

Clarence Bohnhofi, Bohnhofi Lumber, is recuperating at home after illness forced him away from the plant for a while. He was treated at Whittier Hospital.
