Three doors per minute can be machined on the KVAL Model 990RCD RoutingBoring machine for doors only. Approximately five jambs per minute can be machined on the Model 950 Hinge Jamb machine and also about this number can be completed on the Model 920 Strike Router Jig and Stand. lf you are producing 75 doors per day or more, this combination is recommended.

Elevated Platforms

Available in two models, 48" long and 60" long, both feature non-slip ventu'ood plank platforms which may be adjusted to three different working levels. There are locking brakes on all four wheels. Many have found Roll-A-Fold to serve as a hand truck as well.

Another safety feature is the presence of railings at either end of the platform.
