The Structural Engineers Association of California's 3lst Annual Convention meets at Hotel del Coronado October 4-5-6.

Jim Kesler, structural engineer, is chairman of the Technical Program Committee. They have prepared an outstanding program. For the convenience of those interested, {ollowing is the detailed program, including subject, speaker and time of prcsentation.

The social program has been planned to be relaxed and easygoing. The theme is Polynesian. LeRoy Frandsen and Mrs. David Narver head the men's and women's social committees preparing it.
