S.c,N Drrco ro C,qi\,c,oA, they came" r .-to be on hand for the big Rogue Valley Hoo-Hoo Club annual golf tournament at the Rogue Valley Country Club in Medford, Oregon.

The big production was chaired by Bob Lockwood, De Voe Lumber Co., and Jim Gill, Wickes Lumber Company. These gentlemen, and their co-workers, should take a deep bow for staging one of the biggest productions of its kind in recent years. There were prizes galore-and even prizes for just being there. Everyone attending the early August event received a novel Hoo-Hoo money clip and a set of nail clippers ina case marked 'oRogue Valley Hoo-Hoo 1964 Golf Tournament." In other words, from the first tee to the final after-dinner horn it was a smashing day all the ,way.

For the non-golfers there was a big "no holds barred" gin rummy tournament at the clubhouse, Roger Cornett proving supreme in this contest. Charles Sargeant of the C&O scored second best and Larry Moore of Clear Fir Sales came through for third position.

Overall low sross in the tournament was scored by Gene Hebrand, Bud Plank and Jim Quincey second and third low gross respectively.

In the 13 and over low gross division it was U. Richardson of North Pacific Lumber, Paul Gaboury and Les Doddington close on his heels.

Low Net winner was Bay Area champ Brian Bonnington and in second, pesition it was Charles Sargeant who later went on to take second best in the gin 'ruhmy tournament. Low net winnqr in the 13 ,and over division was Bob Lockwood of DeVoe Lumber Co.. Medford.
