USP McCloud Monoger Nomed

William E. "Bill" Butler has been named manager of United States Plywood Corporation's McCloud Operations at McCloud, Calif.

His appointment follows the sudden death of W. H. "Hardy" Myers, according to H. Brown Miller, California Division Manager.

Butler joined U. S. Plywood in 1951. He held several administrative positions in the company's forestry department be.fore being named lumber production manager in 1959. He was promoted to division lumber manager in 1963.

Butler, 38, graduated from Oregon State University in I95I with a Forestry degree.
