House Building Industry Expert Sees Dominqtion by Gionf Firms

By 1967, three or four gigantic corporations will dominate America's housing industry, one of the nation's leading market research analysts has told builders.

"Eventually, one in every ten homes will be built by these giants," predicted Sanford R. Goodkin, president of the nationwide Los Angeles-based firm which bears his name.

Addressing the Home Builders Association of Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties, Goodkin based his forecast on four existing trends:
