Neil G. Gibbons, owner of the B. & G. Lumber Company, has sold entire yard, stock, and lumber business located at l20l West Slauson Avenue, Los Angeles, to William Harshman, Willard C. Fuller, and Dorothy Harshman, who are continuing the operation of the business. Mr. Wm. Cruise is the new manager of the yard. The name is changed to The H. & H. Lumber Company.

Scott A. Troxel, owner of the Whitacre Lumber Com' pany, has sold his retail lumber yard with all equipment and good will to George B. Loveday. The business is located at 4425 E. Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles. Mr. Loveday is manager of the business.

Bock Lumber Company, wholesale lumber dealers, with head office in Old National Bank Building, Spokane 8, Wash., recently opened a branch office at 6505 N. E. Alberta Street, Portland, Oregon. A. W. Forslund is in charge.

The principals in the firm are A. A. Bock and D. F. Bock, and the concern is a member of the National-American Wholesale Lumber Association. They are handling all Inland Empire and West Coast woods.
