Why did

7 out of 8 weSt coast builders and architects in recent survey* say "Wolmanized lumber" when they thought of pressure-treated wood ?

No mystery. Wolmanized lumber has been the leader on the West Coast tor 32 years, and it's just naturally the name that comes to mind when builders and architects think about pressure-treated wood.

Builders and architects (and lots of smart homeowners, too) know that this is the one that won't rot, decay, mildew or interest termites. Vital wood members in contact with the ground or masonry are safe when they're Wolmanized lumber. And Wolmanized lumber saves on construction costs because it handles just like regular lumber.

Koppers has never made a secret of Wolmanized lumber's outstanding virtues. All through its years of dedicated research in the science of woodpreserving, Koppers has talked, through its advertising, directly to architects and builders about improvements and exciting new developments, telling them when and how to specify Wolmanized lumber over other products. Today, Wolmanized lumber is practically pre-sold for you.

It's the leader. lt can make you a leader too. Profitwise, that is. Prestige-wise, too. Find out for yourself. Get in touch with us. Write for Bulletin No. W579. Wolman Preservatjve Dept., Koppers Company, Ine, 800 Koppers Building, Pi,ttsbUrgh, Pa. 15219. w.,,. rResults

VISITOR dropped into a small and unpretentious ffiffi church one Sunday morning, just as the preacher was WW announcing his text, and stood in the rear until the text was finished. The text was: "We have left undone the things we ought to have done, and we have done those things which we ought not to have done." The stranger smiled, found a seat, and sat down. "Thank the Lord." he said. "I've found my crowd at last." *** ffilgn
