Located at 2nd and Main, said to be the busiest corner in San Diego County, the new unit is situated on four acres. Strategically located on the site is an 80,000 sq. ft. building which houses the showroom, general offices, contractor sales area, and lumber and plywood storage areas. At the present time almost all lumber, common and finish, all plywood" paneling, moulding, etc. is under cover. Ultimately all material will be stored inside the building. It is said to be the largest covered outlet of its type in the country.

Within the storage areas wide aisles accommodate fork lifts, as well as the customers' equipment, whether it be an imported sports car or truck and trailer.

There is parking |or 126 cars and an 8,000 sq. ft. showroom for the customers to look around and make their selections. The showroom is well designed with space just inside the entrance for interchangeable displays, seasonal merchandise, etc. There is a broad selection of lavatories available in attractively done displays. One room is devoted to light fixtures and another area is set aside for wall paneling with a door display and
