flNE of the most successf,ul pro- v grams our association has brought to our members in the past year is the Group W'orkmens Insurance prog:ram.

We clebrated our first anniversary date for the program April 1, and by figures released by our insurance carrier in January, many of our members will be receiving a good size dividend check.

At this writing we h^ave developed a one-half million dollar premium and over 48 individual companies are now under the plan.

Most all the progtams the association is involved in are abstract in bhe sense we can't mail you a check for value received, but Workmens Compensation is a concrete example of being able to return, in many cases, dollars to our members above the dues they pay.

In order for a member to receive a good return on his investment in Worlanens Compensation he must think safety. In order to do this he must set up certain standards in his operation to prevent injuries.
