Bell's timber harvest, all of which is trucked to local mills to be made into lumber and plywood, is 80 percent Douglas fir and 20 percent mixed species. Operator Bert Smith says that in logging from brush to landing he uses as many as four chokers and averages 5,000 to ?,500 log-feet per turn.

Jazzy Jelly

A dual purpose rust remover and aluminum cleaner in jelly form with brush included is announced by Magic American Chemical Corp.

Magic "rust 'n aluminpm jelly,' contains a combination of chemicals that dissolve rust and oxidation. Application consists of brushing jelly on the surface, allowing a few minutes for the chemicals to work and rinsing away the rust or oxidation with water.

Corpet Meets FHA Srondqrds

The Federal Housing Administration has issued a materials release stating that Armstrong Cork Co.'s Wearathon line of indooroutdoor carpet meets the standards for inclusion in FHA insured mortgages.

The ruling applies to all of the roll goods series of Wearathon. The standards cover traffic areas as designated by the agency.
