Kombucha is a fermented, lightly effervescent, sweetened tea drink. Since the fermentation in the bottle never truly stops, the beverage is in constant change and evolves in its flavour profile. It’s rich in B -vitamins and its probiotic characteristics help to strengthen the immune system, detoxify the body and support digestion.
