MYP2 ETC
Well done, MYP2ETC! It has been an amazing journey being your tutor teacher this year. From the very beginning, I knew this tutor class was something special, and you have proven that time and time again. Your enthusiasm, dedication, and support for one another have truly made this an amazing tutor group. Keep nurturing your love for learning, pursue your passions, and never stop challenging yourselves. It has been an absolute pleasure being your tutor teacher, and I wish you all the success and happiness in the world.
We were excited to hear about how the Children in Need Day was coming up and how we could contribute. We decided to perform Another Day in Paradise by Phil Collins and record it. We later sold the edited version for money and donated what we could to the charity.

Our 1st tutor teacher was Miss O'sullivan. She was kind and nice, and our tutor room was the library classroom. When we were in Miss Édua’s tutor group for the first couple of days it was weird having to walk to the 4th floor instead of going to the ground floor but we got used to it. Just like Miss O’sullivan Miss Édua is also kind and nice. Overall the transition wasn’t hard and we would like to thank both of our tutors for their hard work.
On the Language Day, we needed to represent countries which speak Spanish or German. Our tutor group made a display about Argentina and wore the clothes that have the colours of the Argentinian flag. Zalan brought Argentinian foods and I drew some sketches that represent Argentina. It was Messi, a couple dancing tango and guess what! The sketch of Messi is still in the tutor room. Others decorated the room, made a Tik Tok dance, gave presentations and made a Kahoot! about Argentina. Later on, we could go around and look at the other tutor groups’ displays. It was interesting and joyful.

From the students: This year was an awesome time together. We had lots of fun in this homeroom. Overall our favorite activity was when we made Guacamole, on International Day. We played Mario Kart on Children in Need Day. We also played some card games. We had a thing called Talking Tuesday where we had to do a presentation about any fresh news or something that you are passionate about. We lost a member who needed to leave to go back to Ukraine. We really hope Mr. G will have a good time in his new school. Wish you the best MYP JG!
