Brother Ivy LeBlanc, S.C. Business Center Dedication

Members of the Brother Martin community and friends gathered for the dedication of the Brother Ivy LeBlanc, S.C. Business Center in late March. President Greg Rando ’77 welcomed guests which was followed by Mass celebrated by Monsignor Andrew Taormina ’54 SA. After Mass, John Devlin, Director of Schools for the Brothers of the Sacred Heart U.S. Province, gave a reflection on the impact that Bro. Ivy has had on Brother Martin and the Province. Brother Ivy then shared inspirational words about his experiences and hopes for the future.

Later, guests made their way through the Resource Center, viewing photos on the wall of St. Aloysius, Cor Jesu, and Brother Martin High Schools since 1869, before heading to the ribbon cutting and blessing. Then, Barry Hebert ’74 began the dedication, sharing the work that Brother Ivy contributed to the Brothers’ mission of forming young people: “Without the work of Brother Ivy, we would not be the proud and thriving school that we are today.”
