I BANKS is a smart, sweet dog that has been through extensive training. However, he is reactive toward other dogs. He needs to the only animal in the home and is hoping to find an owner that is willing to continue to work with him on this. He is friendly with people.
PEPE is a quiet, senior cat looking for a relaxing home. He does well with other cats. He is shy and hides a lot. Indoor only. He enjoys attention and is friendly when he feels comfortable.

answering phones and doing laundry, and much more. Especially important in the spring are the many volunteer foster families, who care for newborn kittens in their homes until the kittens are old enough to be adopted. Last year, BrightSide volunteers fostered more than 300 kittens. In the thrift store, volunteers help sort donations, organize goods, create merchandising displays, and staff the checkout counter. In BrightSide’s bottles and cans recycling program, volunteers do the critical job of sorting the thousands of cans and bottles. The proclamation was the brainchild of former board member Jerry Boysen of Redmond, himself a volunteer. “We are a high-save shelter and our great army of people volunteering their valuable time – whether at the shelter, the thrift store, or bottles & cans – is what makes this possible.” Thank you, volunteers!
