CHRISTMAS CAROLS
in aid of CROSS Cancer Research
TRINITY COLLEGE CHAPEL

The Annual CROSS Christmas Carols was held on the 3rd of December in the glorious surrounds of the Trinity Chapel, Dublin. The many attendees were entertained by well known artists such as Grammy nominated Singer Éabha McMahon(Ava), Lux Brumalis, The Bleeping Interns & The Mornington Choir.
The mission of the registered charity CROSS is to support Cancer Research and improve patient care at the Trinity Translational Medicine Institute, Trinity College and St. James’s Hospital. The CROSS charity funds essential cancer research, supporting innovative projects across a wide range of cancers, including oesophagus, stomach, breast, colon, and rectum. The charity fundraises to purchase new, state-of-the-art equipment that enables cancer researchers to conduct competitive research. CROSS’s work spans the entire cancer journey—from prevention and diagnosis to treatment and survivorship—making every step of a patient’s journey a focus of progress.
Every euro raised directly supports life-saving research and patient care, thanks to CROSS’s dedicated, volunteer-driven efforts.
The charity also invests in laboratory equipment to drive translational research projects aimed at the prevention, understanding and treatment of various forms of cancer.
Both concerts rasised a total of €14,000, an amazing success.
