MUNSTER FLEADH CHEOIL 2024
Thurles, Tipperary
The Annual Fleadh Cheoil Na Mumhan was held in Thurles from 15th to 24th July 2024. Bringing together a rich community of musicians, singers, dancers and storytellers the event brought together people from all over Ireland.
The streets and shopping centre were filled with the sounds of music and laughter. And amazing sights too. Such as the talented Claire Tighe from Clare, practicing the Melodeon in the backseat of her car!
The conversations were a mixture of delight, relief and anticipation of the results. Tipperary and Munster Comhaltas did a truly great job in organizing this special event.
