Our Move Co-ordinators will take the Tenants through our stringent referencing processes, draw up tenancy agreements, ensure all compliance matters are attended to, collect deposit monies and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in.

PROPERTY MANAGERS

Our Landlords benefit from a nominated ARLA qualified Property Manager who will manage the tenancy, including any maintenance or safety compliance issues, from the day the Tenants move in!

ACCOUNTS TEAM

• Provide the Tenants with the Landlord’s designated bank account details for future rental payments

• Organise an Inventory and check-in

• Contact Landlord and Tenant prior to the end of the tenancy to discuss renewal or termination.
