Resume Submission Limitation: To ensure a focus on quality over quantity, the implemented strategy focused on restricting the number of resumes each staffing supplier could submit. This significantly decreased the influx of unvetted candidates. Additionally, to enhance efficiency, Bridge suggested allocating a specific number of interview slots to each staffing partner. This compelled suppliers to submit only the top-tier candidates, reducing the burden on the client’s hiring managers.

Performance Measurement: Quality was measured through interview show rates and the ratio of interviews conducted to offers extended. This data-driven approach ensured continuous improvement and alignment with the client’s hiring objectives.
