PROJECT DETAILS: • Councilman Joel Feroleto approached the firm about working with a metal artist (Andrew Chambers of ARC Iron Creations) to create a new sculpture sign on the lawn of one of their properties

TASKS: • Documented/measured existiing conditions • Used measurements and existing drawings to build Revit model • Created multiple renovation/reuse options in Revit model (renderings, site plans, etc) • Created renderings to dictate repainting • Helped create new layout of interior walls for new client • Designed new facade and signage for client • Made demo drawings, code compliance
