Weather Days Planning

The project will be set in the contract to be completed in 20 total months. This is considering 1 rainy season during the summer of 2024. The project based on the P6 schedule is 17/18 months. This will allow for weather days to be included for the months of (June, July, and August) when there are more than 17 days of the month with precipitation observed. A well-structured schedule, proactive weather monitoring, and the flexibility to adapt to the weather's whims are essential components in ensuring the project's success while accommodating the city's climatic variability. More weather days,10-15 for each month (June, July, August) will allow the project adequate time for competition within the proposed time frame for the owner.
