WE HELP ON HELP BACK END
For representation of properties as identified herein, below is a top line proposal of key terms for discussion purposes:
Inbound Commission: 1% commission of net wholesale sales (same net sales definition as in licensor agreement) for all brand acquisition agreements and direct-to-retail relationships including all renewals, extensions and modifications.
(Fee-based for collabs if there will not be meaningful sales volume)
Term: From contract execution through 12/31/26
Monthly Consulting Fee: $5,000 per month throughout the Term
Outbound Commission (if applicable) : 25% commission on gross licensing revenue for all license agreements, collaborations, and direct-to-retail relationships secured by Brand Central
Exclusivity: Exclusive Licensing Agency
