Our mechanical staff have many years’ experience in plumbing, heating and public health services installations on large scale new build residential developments.

These developments usually consist of a central plant room / energy centre’s which contain a set of boilers that provide heating to the entire development.

However, with the current plans to stop the use of new gas installations by 2025, CES have already carried out plans and training of our staff into ASHP (Air Source Heat Pumps) and have recently carried the installation of these on our Hatchside school project which provided heating and cooling to the entire new build school.

With ventilation a key factor in proving clean and filtered fresh air into any project our BESA approved supply chain partners work closely with CES on every project to provide the best value and designed solution for the required ventilation systems.

CES electrical services can be supplied on a design and build basis or a fully designed contract. We have full design capabilities using the latest Trimble design software and BIM modelling.

We started our business with a strong electrical contracting background and today, this is still our core business, over 15 years later.

We work with many of the UK’s largest main contractors such as ISG, Willmott Dixon, Mulalleys and Wates on some very prestigious projects most of which are Government Schemes. We also have many long-term contracts that we work on year on year improving London’s social housing stock, upgrading electrical services with Camden, Tower Hamlets, Haringey and Lewisham Councils.

We can carry out various scales of contract and services from complete electrical installations in schools, offices and residential developments to emergency lighting upgrades, lateral mains upgrades and fire alarm systems.

As CES are NICEIC Approved Electrical contractors, we are specialists in inspection and testing of new and existing systems and all is certified in compliance with the latest BS7671 standards and building regulations.

All our staff are JIB and CSCS approved, meaning that only electrically qualified and health and safety approved staff will be working on your projects.

Single Loop Fire Alarm Control Panel

The MxPro 5 series control panels are supplied with a single oop driver card, 2 onboard sounder circuits, 20 programmable zonal LEDs with slide-in labels, and 25 system LEDs for nformation purposes. There are also 4 programmable function buttons with LED indication for confirmation of operation.

The control panel consists of the latest dual flash-based microprocessor technology combined with a high resolution, high contrast, graphical LCD display and tactile keypad providing a simple 'select & click' programming aid for engineer configuration and end user operation.

Powerful cause-and-effect programming coupled with dynamic zoning and enhanced trace diagnostics makes the panel suitable for a wide range of site applications from small to large complex multi-area systems. Fully programmable on-site via the onboard alphanumeric keypad, or PC-NeT Configuration Software.

An extensive suite of user-friendly Windows-based PC software programs has been developed to enhance your experience when using MxPro 5 series fire panels. The suite incorporates a number of different programmes which include configuration, service, logo and virtual panel tools to allow the flexibility of the equipment to be fully explored.

Simply adding a network card allows the panel to communicate with any other MxPro 5 fire panel, remote terminal, or network peripheral, such as ipGateway™, BMS or graphical interface.

The network operates as a true peer-to-peer system and can be configured in a fault tolerant loop or radial format.
