“Strenna” is an Italian word which means gift, a small and cherished gift which was used by Don Bosco to help direct and teach those in Salesian parishes, schools, and playgrounds. “We Don Bosco Salesian family, we Christians, we men and women have been made by God to be a mirror of his good works, a ray of hope which brings us back to the great hope that is God. So let us try to reflect God’s love, let us reflect that might that makes all things new. We must be the hand that helps to change values and visions.
