Ireland’s Prepared Consumer Foods (PCF) sector encompasses a wide range of innovative and sustainable food and beverage products that meet the evolving needs of the global marketplace. 2020 exports for the sector were worth €2.5 billion and included meal solutions, confectionery, beverages, food ingredients and value-added meat, seafood, and horticulture products.
Padraig Brennan is the Director of Meat, Food and Beverages at Bord Bia, managing the Sectoral Teams that drive the success and growth of Irish meat, livestock, dairy, beverages, seafood, and prepared consumer foods in Ireland and international markets. Previously, Padraig was Director of Markets and Business Conversion at Bord Bia, overseeing Bord Bia’s network of 13 overseas offices between 2016 and 2018. Prior to this, Padraig played a central role in the development and implementation of Bord Bia’s Origin Green Sustainability Programme.

Goodness Grains is a family owned and run company set up in 2013 to bring quality Gluten Free Bakery products to the Coeliac consumer and increasingly the mainstream markets in Ireland, UK and Europe.
