Juicy acidity that makes everything flows.

Wine made from the selection of Tempranillo clusters from our best terroirs of silt, marl, gypsum schist and boulders with an average age of 35 years following strictly organic viticulture practices in the municipalities of Andosilla and San Adrián at more than 400 meters above sea level where the influence of the continental Mediterranean climate with low rainfall favors and facilitates the practice of organic cultivation and care of the vines.

Prolonged alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in small steel tanks using our own indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation in tanks, careful aging of at least 18 months in new French oak barrels of the most prestigious tonnelleries and a rest of more than 24 months in the bottle for refining before release.

TASTING NOTES

Intense cherry color with ruby garnet rim and medium-high layer. In this nasal complexity travel the suggestive animal leathers, memories of roasted high altitude coffee beans and cocoa beans. On the palate, opulent, very voluptuous, pure power, but tamed and controlled with the permission of its juicy acidity that makes everything flow and fresh. Very high profile wine that dares with everything and is never relegated to the background.roasted red meat or grilled beef.

PRODUCTION

Wine made from the selection of Tempranillo clusters from our best low-yielding calcareous clay terroirs with an average age of 35 years following strictly organic viticulture practices in the municipalities of Andosilla and San Adrián at an altitude of over 400 meters where the influence of the continental Mediterranean climate with low rainfall favors and facilitates the practice of organic cultivation and care of the vines. Prolonged alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in small steel tanks using the indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation in tanks, careful aging of at least 15 months in new French oak barrels of the most prestigious tonnelleries and a rest of at least 12 months in the bottle for refining before release.

TASTING NOTES

Intense ruby red color with beautiful purple trim and medium-high intensity. A differentiating expression of Tempranillo from this warmer subzone that gives it more notes of black fruit than red, and greater maturity. On the palate, powerful and voluptuous, with a certain creaminess and accompanied by firm but fine tannins from the aging process, it dares with intense national or soft cured cheeses with washed rind, smoked, cured meats and red meats.
