HOW TO LIST A HOME AND GET ATTENTION When you are in an extreme seller’s market, there is really not a lot a seller has to do to sell their home. However, this will not last, as I have already seen a huge slow down in the amount of multiple offers made on the homes that I have listed. This is a good thing because a balanced market is great for everyone! As the market evens out, making your home stand out is the secret ingredient for a quick, profitable sale. Using these tips can lead to the best outcome when putting your house up for sale:
1. Obtaining a full range of HI-Definition photos is critical.
2. A 3D MatterPort Virtual Tour can help potential buyers see the home before they arrive.
3. Staging will show your home in a perfect light.
4. Price your home “in” the market, not “on” the market.
5. Hire a realtor (Me!!) that gives your home maximum exposure to potential buyers.
6. Always interview agents, so that you can see all your options. Don’t settle on the opinion of just one real estate agent!
7. Be as open to showings as possible. Getting the home ready to sell and allowing the home to be shown as often as you can is essential. BO

Meet TJ Torre
Agent of the Month
After a few years away from GA, TJ Torre has come back to now called Richmond Hill home! TJ first arrived in 2015 where he spent some time in Savannah before moving to The Hill to work with Randy. He moved back to New York to spend more time with family, but ultimately knew Richmond Hill was where he wanted to come back to. While continuing his real estate career in New York, his passion for travel and new opportunities took him to Washington State. There, he spend four years selling real estate in the Pacific Northwest. While on the West Coast, TJ married his beautiful bride, Amy Louise in January 2020. Amy operates two businesses of her own and has a 12 year old son, Henry, who is a top student, active in soccer, and enjoys many other activities. TJ is thoroughly enjoying family life and we think, it suits him well! COVID made them realize what they missed most about being back in the South, and they are thrilled to be back in Richmond Hill re-connecting with friends. TJ has a diverse legal and real estate background having worked as a Senior Paralegal and titler examiner for 12 years. Since then, he has been a licensed real estate agent for nearly seven years, in three states. TJ was thrilled to come back and work with the Bocook Team because of the support, growth potential and community involvement that TJ strongly believes in. TJ’s unique perspective and experiences allow him to connect with his clients and build strong relationships.
