With spring in the air, we are seeing an increase in homes being listed for sale. This is a much-needed relief to the market. However, we are still far short of the demand for housing in our area! With the rise in interest rate scheduled for this year we are set to see some changes to the market. This is a great time to list your home to get maximum sales price. Once the interest rates go up it means that people will not be able to pay as much for your home as they could have in 2021.
