I am often asked why we sell so many homes. Here are the Top 10 Reasons: 1. Full Range of High Definition photos. Do not settle on average photos!! 2. 3D Virtual Tour of each home. Provide a walkthrough tour of the home to any potential buyer.

4. Use Social Media to get eyes on your Home!
5. Direct Mail might seem like an old school method but it works.
6. Make sure that you pay for Zillow Premier agent status.
7. Reviews Reviews Reviews!! Great reviews put our site and listings at the top of a lot of search portals.
8. We answer our phones. I get more listings and rental homes for Management because we answer our phone. The potential clients want to know you are working for them.
9. Digital and In-Person Open Houses.
10. Instant Feed Back. We need to know what a potential buyer thinks about our home. If we need to change or update something we can do it early to help the sale.
