A: All Rock Canyon Bank locations will remain open and will become Hillcrest Bank banking centers on October 17th. Location hours will be Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm and the drive thru will be open 9am – 6pm. Additionally, the Orem and Spanish Fork drive thru locations will be open on Saturdays from 9am – 12pm.

Q: How should I arrange for wire transfers to and from my account(s)?

A: Yes. You can continue using your Rock Canyon Bank checks and deposit slips until it is time for you to place a new check order, unless we communicate otherwise.
A: You can activate your new Hillcrest Bank Visa debit card by calling our 24-hour card activation line at 866.392.9952. You will select your PIN during the card activation process. You can also change your PIN at any Hillcrest Bank ATM or by calling 866.392.9952.
Q: If I use Quicken® or other accounting software what do I need to do?
A: Your new Hillcrest Bank Visa debit card should arrive in your mailbox within the first two weeks of October. Your Rock Canyon Bank debit Mastercard will stop working on Sunday evening, October 16, 2022. Your new Hillcrest Bank Visa debit card can be activated upon receipt and used beginning Monday, October 17, 2022 You will need to update your card information for any automatic payments. If you are a Mobile Wallet user, you will need to enroll your new card.

A: Yes. Scheduled payments and bill pay history will transfer automatically. Any payments scheduled through integration weekend will be processed as normal. You will not be able to enter new bill payments on the Rock Canyon Bank Bill Pay system beginning Wednesday, October 12, 2022. You may begin scheduling new bill payments on Monday, October 17, 2022 in the Hillcrest Bank Bill Pay *Additionalsystem.details for MBA online banking users will be provided separately.
A: Yes. All payees and scheduled payments will transfer automatically. Additional information on online banking and Bill Pay will be provided in the coming weeks.

Q: In Online Bill Pay will my payees transfer to the new Online Bill Pay system?
A: Your phone number must be up-to-date on your account by Friday, October 7, 2022 to complete your first login. Login to Rock Canyon Bank online banking and click on your “User Name” in the upper right corner and then click on “Contact Information” to ensure your information is correct. You may also update your contact information at any Rock Canyon Bank location.
Q: When can I start using Hillcrest Bank online banking?
A: Starting on Monday, October 17, 2022, your new online banking system will be available to use at HillcrestBank.com.
Q: How long can I continue to use Rock Canyon Bank online banking?
A: On Monday, October 17, 2022, visit HillcrestBank.com and in the login box select “Personal Online” for personal accounts or “Small Business Online” if your business does not currently use “MBA” online banking*. Your User ID remains the same as your current Rock Canyon Bank User Name. Do not click the “First Time User” link. The first time you login you will be prompted to select a phone number to have a code sent to. If you do not see your phone number listed please make sure you have entered your UserName correctly. You will then enter a temporary password. For personal accounts, it will be the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. For small business accounts, it will be the last 4 digits of your company’s tax ID number or the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. You will be prompted where you want your one-time security code sent. We will send a code to the phone number you select. After you login with your temporary password, you will be prompted to select a new password.

A: The due date of your loan payment does not change. If a payment is made consistent with our payment instructions, but received after 5pm MT, Monday through Friday on a business day, we will apply your payment to your loan on the next business day.
