GENERAL Q&A

Q: Why is Bank of Jackson Hole now a division of NBH Bank?

A: On October 1, 2022, NBH Bank completed an asset purchase agreement to acquire the majority of Bank of Jackson Hole’s assets. As a result, the current branch locations of Bank of Jackson Hole in Wyoming will now operate as a division of NBH Bank. Bank of Jackson Hole’s current trust and wealth business will continue to be offered through Bank of Jackson Hole Trust. Together, Bank of Jackson Hole, as a division of NBH Bank, and Bank of Jackson Hole Trust can provide greater growth opportunities for our clients, communities and associates.

Q: When will the systems integration be complete?

A: On Monday, December 5, 2022, the integration will be complete and your accounts will convert to the new system. You will continue to access your accounts at BOJH.com. You will also begin using your new Bank of Jackson Hole Visa® debit card on Monday, December 5, 2022.

Q: Will there be any changes to the banking centers?

A: On Saturday December 3, 2022, the Main Banking Center will be closed. Following integration, all Bank of Jackson Hole locations will remain open with their same hours to serve you. The Bank of Jackson Hole Trust is located at 990 West Broadway in Jackson, with a separate entrance on the southeast side of the building.

Q: Will the Bank of Jackson Hole ATMs be available over integration weekend?

A: Yes. You will continue to have access to Bank of Jackson Hole ATMs over integration weekend. Bank of Jackson Hole will no longer be a member of the MoneyPass network, therefore, non-bank owned ATMs may be subject to a $2.50 foreign ATM fee and possible surcharges.

Q: Will Bank of Jackson Hole remain involved in the local community?

A: Yes. Bank of Jackson Hole will absolutely remain committed to the local community. We exist to make a difference in the communities we serve by stewarding financial opportunities for our clients.

PERSONAL & BUSINESS BANKING Q&A

Q: Do I need to change the routing number for my direct deposits and/or withdrawals?

A: No. The Bank of Jackson Hole routing number will not change and your direct deposits, automatic payments and internal transfers will be processed as they have in the past.

Q: Will my account number(s) change?

A: Unless we communicate otherwise, your account number(s) will not change.

Q: Will I need to signup for online statements?

A: You will need to re-enroll in online statements. You will also have the option to sign up to receive online notices and tax forms. We recommend you print or save any previous online statements prior to integration.

Q: If I use Quicken® or other accounting software, what do I need to do?

A: If you use Quicken or any other accounting software, you will need to download your transactions prior to Friday, December 2, 2022.

Q: Will I be able to use my existing credit card, checks, and deposit slips?

A: Yes. You can continue using your Bank of Jackson Hole credit card, checks, and deposit slips, unless we communicate otherwise.

Q: Why will I receive two bank account statements in December?

A: A final statement from the old system will be produced and mailed after Friday, December 2, 2022. A statement from the new system will begin as of Monday, December 5, 2022.

Q: What is your funds availability and substitute check policy?

A: If you make a deposit on a business day we are open, we will consider that day to be the date of your deposit. In determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturday, Sunday and Federal holidays. You may request a same-day funds transfer. To request a transfer, simply login to online banking and select transfer or call 877.877.0397 up to 7:00pm MT Monday through Friday. See our Funds Availability and Substitute Check Policy Disclosure for more details.

Q: How does this impact my FDIC Insurance at the Bank of Jackson Hole, a division of NBH Bank?

A: NBH Bank operates under multiple trade names and states, including Bank of Jackson Hole in Wyoming; Hillcrest Bank in Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, and Texas; Community Banks of Colorado in Colorado; and Bank Midwest in Kansas and Missouri. Divisions of NBH Bank are not separately FDIC-Insured banks. The FDIC coverage extended to deposit clients of all of the divisions of NBH Bank is that of one insured bank. Please contact your banker to assess your FDIC coverage and any needed actions to ensure that all of your deposits are within limits. Trust and wealth assets maintained with the Bank of Jackson Hole Trust are not FDIC insured.

Q: How will the integration impact my bank account(s)?

A: Refer to the accompanying Account Summary for your account(s) new name and the enclosed account information booklet for more details on account terms, conditions, and fees. We’ve selected the account type that best matches your current account at Bank of Jackson Hole. If you believe another account better meets your needs, contact your local banking center after the integration is complete.

Q: How should I arrange for wire transfers to and from my account(s)?

A: Wire transfers through Friday, December 2, 2022, will be handled the same as they have in the past. Beginning Monday, December 5, 2022, the outgoing wire cutoff time in the banking center is 3:00pm MT. For personal accounts, wire transfer requests must be made in person at any of our banking centers.

TRUST & WEALTH PARTNERS Q&A

Q: How will the integration impact my Trust & Wealth Partners account(s)?

A: There is no change to the system(s) for your trust or wealth management account, so there is nothing you need to do. Trust and wealth management services will be provided by Bank of Jackson Hole Trust, a separate affiliate bank within the NBH family.

Q: Where can I go to meet with a Bank of Jackson Hole Trust & Wealth Partners representative?

A: The Bank of Jackson Hole Trust is located at 990 West Broadway in Jackson, with a separate entrance on the southeast side of the building.

DEBIT CARD Q&A

Q: Will I receive a new debit card?

A: Yes. Your new Bank of Jackson Hole Visa® debit card should arrive in your mailbox in November. Your current Bank of Jackson Hole Visa debit card will stop working on Sunday evening, December 4, 2022. Your new Bank of Jackson Hole Visa debit card can be activated upon receipt and used beginning Monday, December 5, 2022. You will need to update your card information for any automatic payments. If you are a Mobile Wallet user, you will need to enroll your new card.

Q: How do I activate and set the PIN for my new Bank of Jackson Hole Visa debit card?

A: You can activate your new Visa debit card by calling our 24-hour card activation line at 866.392.9952. You will select your PIN during the card activation process. You can also change your PIN at any Bank of Jackson Hole ATM or by calling 866.392.9952.

Q: What happens to my automatic payments from my current Bank of Jackson Hole debit card?

A: Automatic payments from your debit card scheduled through integration weekend will process as normal. Upon completion of the integration, you will need to update your card information with your new Bank of Jackson Hole Visa debit card number for any automatic payments

ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING Q&A

Q: What should I do to prepare to use the new Bank of Jackson Hole online banking system?

A: Your phone number must be up-to-date on your account prior to integration to complete your first login. Login to Bank of Jackson Hole online banking either on your computer or mobile app and click on your initials in the upper right corner. Then in your Profile, review all contact information and make any edits to email, address, and phone numbers. You may also update your contact information at any Bank of Jackson Hole location.

Q: When can I start using the new Bank of Jackson Hole online banking system?

A: On Monday, December 5, 2022, your new online banking system will be available to use at BOJH.com

Q: How do I access the new Bank of Jackson Hole online banking system?

A: On Monday, December 5, 2022, from your computer, visit BOJH.com and in the login box select “Personal Online” for personal accounts or “Small Business Online” if your business does not currently use Treasury Management online banking*. Your User ID remains the same as your current Bank of Jackson Hole Username, unless we communicate otherwise. DO NOT click the “New Online Banking User” link. The first time you login to online banking you will be required to use a temporary password. For personal accounts, it will be the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. For small business accounts, it will be the last 4 digits of your company’s tax ID number or the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. You will be prompted where you want your one-time security code sent. We will send a code to the phone number you select. After you login with your temporary password, you will be prompted to select a new password.

Q: Will Bank of Jackson Hole offer a new mobile banking app?

A: Yes. Once you have enrolled in online banking, you can enroll in the new Bank of Jackson Hole Mobile. You can deposit checks, check your balance, transfer funds, pay friends with Zelle®, manage debit card controls and more — all from your mobile device. Download from your app store after December 5, 2022.

Q: Will I continue to be able to make peer to peer payments?

A: Yes, the Bank of Jackson Hole will continue to offer Zelle through the mobile app.

Q: In Online Bill Pay will my payees transfer to the new online bill pay system?

A: We expect any business that you are paying to transfer automatically. If you are paying individuals, these payees may not transfer. Additional information on online banking and Bill Pay will be provided in the coming weeks.

Q: Will scheduled Online Bill Pay payments transfer over?

A: Yes. Scheduled payments and 12 months of bill pay history should transfer automatically.

PERSONAL & BUSINESS LOANS Q&A

Q: Will the terms of my current loan remain the same?

A: Yes. The terms and conditions of your mortgage and personal/business loan or line of credit will remain the same.

Q: When are loan payments due?

A: The due date of your loan payment does not change. If a payment is made consistent with our payment instructions, but received after 5pm MT, Monday through Friday on a business day, we will apply your payment to your loan on the next business day.

Q: Can I make my credit card payment in a banking center?

A: Yes. You can continue to make your credit card payments in the banking center or easily online at mycardstatement.com.

Q: Where can I make a loan payment?

A: Upon completion of the integration, you can continue to make loan payments at the banking center nearest you, schedule payments in online banking at BOJH.com using Quick Pay, or mailing to the address provided on your loan statement.

Q: When will I receive my residential mortgage escrow statement?

A: Depending on your loan type, the annual escrow analysis statement will be produced in January or February of each calendar year reflecting your account activity from the previous 12 months.

Q: Will the bank name change on the Credit Bureau reporting?

A: Yes. Upon completion of the integration, credit bureau reporting will change from Bank of Jackson Hole to NBH Bank. Overdraft lines of credit will no longer be reported to any of the credit reporting agencies following completion of the integration.

WAIVED SERVICE CHARGES UNTIL MAY 31, 2023.

Account service charges and paper statement fees will be waived until May 31, 2023 for Personal Banking accounts. This helps to ensure you have the opportunity to enroll in online banking, activate online statements, and that your new account meets your banking needs.

DIGITAL FIRST CHECKING

This account is a great value and easy to manage. Below are simple options to avoid a monthly service charge:

• Have a Direct Deposit into the account of $500 or more per statement cycle, and enroll in Online Statements, OR

• Be under 25 years of age, OR

• Be 65 years of age or older

If you are unable to take advantage of one of the above options, your service charge on this account is only $5 per month. This service charge will be waived until May 31, 2023.

INTEREST PLUS CHECKING

Earn interest while still being able to access your funds daily. Below are simple options to avoid a monthly service charge:

• Maintain a minimum daily balance of $5,000, OR

• Maintain an average daily balance of $10,000

If you are unable to take advantage of one of the above options, your service charge on this account is only $25 per month. A $3 paper statement fee may apply, per statement cycle, unless you agree and consent to receive Online Statements. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. This service charge will be waived until May 31, 2023.

SMARTER SAVINGS

Smarter Savings is the perfect account to help you build your personal savings. Below are simple options to avoid a monthly service charge:

• Maintain a $300 minimum daily balance per month, OR

• Maintain a $600 average daily balance per month, OR

• Make deposits and transfers totaling $25 into the account each month, OR

• Be under 25 years of age

If you are unable to take advantage of one of the above options, your service charge on this account is $3 per month. This service charge will be waived until May 31, 2023. Please note: you will no longer receive images on your savings statement(s).

If you are unable to take advantage of one of the above options, your service charge on this account is $15 per month. This service charge will be waived until May 31, 2023.

CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT

When you open a new Bank of Jackson Hole Certificate of Deposit, you will earn a guaranteed return on your investment with as little as $500. We offer a variety of maturity and interest payment options to meet your needs. When your current Bank of Jackson Hole Certificate of Deposit reaches maturity, at that time, the rates may be adjusted, just as they have in the past, to reflect current market rates.

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNTS

If you have a high-deductible health plan (HDHP), a health savings account (HSA) is a useful way to save for medical expenses and reduce your taxable income. Saving through an HSA is an efficient way to establish peace of mind for your medical future. A monthly service charge of $3.00 will be imposed every statement period. This service change will be waived until May 31, 2023.

If you make a deposit on a business day we are open, we will consider that day to be the date of your deposit. In determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturday, Sunday and Federal holidays.
