With Hillcrest Bank’s online and mobile banking platforms you will be able to bank from anywhere at any time.

Reminder: Do not provide any of your financial information to an unsolicited caller. We will never call and ask you to share your Credit Card Verification (CCV) code, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date on your card, or your Online Banking password. If you ever suspect fraudulent activity on your account, please do not hesitate to call your banker immediately.

Hillcrest Bank offers online banking and mobile platforms that are designed to help you get the most out of your banking experience.

TO PREPARE.

Beginning Friday, October 14, 2022 at 4:00pm MT, the Rock Canyon Bank online and mobile banking platforms will be unavailable. Bill Pay will be unavailable starting Wednesday, October 12, 2022.

Verify your phone number is up to date. Login to Rock Canyon Bank online banking and click on your “User Name” in the upper right corner and then click on “Contact Information” to ensure your information is correct.

Download your history if you use third party accounting software such as Quicken® or QuickBooks®.

Please make sure your phone number(s) are up to date or you may not be able access the new online banking system!

Make a list of any external transfers and account alerts you have established in order to reestablish them in Hillcrest Bank Online Banking.

What you need to do.

Download and/or print copies of past transactions and online statements, if needed over the weekend. Your previous online statements and your transactions history from September 1, 2022 will transfer to the new system and be available to view beginning Monday, October 17, 2022.

Be aware that the Bill Pay system will be unavailable Wednesday, October 12, 2022 through Sunday, October 16, 2022. All current payees, scheduled/ recurring payments and Bill Pay history will transfer automatically.

• Online Statements – We will transfer your previous online statements.

• Transaction History – Transactions from September 1, 2022 through October 14, 2022 will transfer over.

• Mobile Wallet – you will need to delete your Rock Canyon Bank debit card and enroll your new Hillcrest Bank Visa® debit card.

• User Name – Your user name will transfer over, unless we communicate otherwise. Please see page 6 for the steps you will need to take to access your online and mobile banking with Hillcrest Bank.

You may be required to re-enroll in online statements. Hillcrest Bank also offers Online Notices and Online Tax Statements. To enroll, simply click the “Documents” link within online banking and then click the “Change Your Document Delivery” link to enroll your account(s).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ONLINE STATEMENTS.

• Your password – while your user name will transfer over, your password will not. Your temporary password for your personal account(s) will be the last 4 digits of your Social Security number or Tax ID number of the primary account holder. For small business accounts, it will be the last 4 digits of your company’s Tax ID number or the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.

• External Transfers – will not transfer to the new system. We recommend downloading your external transfer history. You will need to setup your external transfers on the Hillcrest Bank online banking system beginning October 17, 2022.

ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING.

On Monday, October 17, 2022, you will be able to begin using Hillcrest Bank Online & Mobile Banking.

1. Go to www.HillcrestBank.com.

2. On the right-hand side in the login box, select “Personal Online” for personal accounts or “Small Business Online” if your business does not currently use “MBA” online banking*.

Once you have enrolled in online banking, you can enroll in Hillcrest Bank Mobile. You can deposit checks, check your balance, transfer funds, pay friends with Zelle®, manage debit card controls and more — all from your mobile device. Download from your app store today.

6. Enter your mobile phone number and hit “Enroll”.

How to get started:

1. Download the Hillcrest Bank Mobile App. Download on Download on the App Store®1 Google Play™1

3. Enter your User ID which remains the same as your current Rock Canyon Bank User Name. Do not click the “First Time User” link.

3. Sign in with your Online Banking User ID and Password.

5. Review and accept the mobile banking terms and conditions. Hit “Accept”.

4. You will be provided a list of phone numbers we have on file for you. If you do not see your phone number, ensure you entered your User ID correctly. Reminder: your User ID is case sensitive. We will send a code via text or voice to the phone number you select.

*Additional details for MBA online banking users will be provided separately.

How to sign up for Mobile Banking.

5 . Enter your temporary password. For personal accounts, it will be the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. For small business accounts, it will be the last 4 digits of your company’s tax ID number or the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. After you login with your temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new password.

4. Send a secure text to your phone and enter the code provided.

GETTING8 TO KNOW YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT.

From the Hillcrest Bank Online Banking dashboard, you will be able to see a list of your current accounts and balances, while also easily navigating through the online banking experience. From here, you can keep track of your balances and transactions, manage your account activity, transfer funds, and pay bills. In addition, you can view online statements, notices, and tax documents, set-up alerts, send and receive secure messages, as well as manage your budget with our Personal Finance Tool.
