In both of our primary career tracks, many of our staff were promoted through the ranks to become directors. We are unique in that we do not require an advanced degree for promotion into the directorship. We think that you can learn just as much, if not more, on the job as you might in the classroom. We avoid the constraints that, in many firms, limit the pace at which an able individual can assume responsibility. We allow our consultants as much responsibility as they can handle and provide ongoing training to accelerate their development. We emphasize an accelerated path to the directorship, not a two-year analyst program.

Consultants on this track specialize in Financial Services and become content experts early in their careers which affords high responsibility. Strategic challenges in retail banking, investment banking, trading, insurance, asset management, and risk represent the largest sampling of Financial Services project work.
