25% of the core consulting group participated in one of the offered talent management programs in 2003. In 2003, 90% of Mercer consultants that applied to an MBA program were admitted into a top-tier school of their choice, including Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, Kellogg, Tuck, and others. Individuals choosing not to pursue a graduate degree have the opportunity to progress internally from Analyst to Director.
