La reapertura del Hotel Iberostar Laguna Azul coincidió con la llegada del primer vuelo directo de Moscú a Varadero en abril de 2021. The reopening of the Iberostar Laguna Azul Hotel coincided with the arrival of the first direct flight from Moscow to Varadero last april. The resort opened its doors to visitors under its How We Care campaign, which the prestigious Spanish company has implemented in each of its hotels worldwide. Entre las principales renovaciones que se realizaron en el resort destaca la construcción de un hermoso Gazebo de bodas, muy cerca del mar. La compañía ha querido crear aquí un lugar en el que las parejas puedan cumplir sus sueños, revivir el romance y alejarse, por un momento, de los problemas que nos agobian a todos. El mobiliario del lobby, las terrazas y todas las áreas comunes del hotel ha sido renovado con el objetivo de darle un nuevo y brillante color a cada lugar. El restaurante buffet ha cambiado por completo su estilo y ahora presenta una nueva imagen bajo la política de Single Touch, comida porcionada y dividida, que permite que cada huésped pueda disfrutar de lo mejor de la cocina cubana e internacional bajo condiciones totalmente seguras.

Among the main renovations carried out at the resort is the construction of a beautiful gazebo for weddings, very close to the sea. The company wanted to create a place where couples can fulfill their dreams, relive their romance and get away, for a moment, from the problems that burden us all. The furnishings in the lobby, the decks and all the common areas of the hotel has been renovated with the objective of giving a new and bright color to each space.
