Carpinteria, California, is a charming coastal city with a rich history. Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Ynez Mountains, it offers a unique blend of natural beauty and small-town charm.
Before European contact, the area now known as Carpinteria was inhabited by the Chumash people for thousands of years. The arrival of the railroad in the late 19th century spurred growth and development in Carpinteria. The Southern Pacific Railroad established a station in the town, making it more accessible and encouraging settlement and commerce. Agriculture remained the backbone of the local economy, but the scenic beauty of the area also attracted tourists and new residents.

The access - L.A. is 90 minutes, S.B. is 10, Ventura 20, Los Olivos/ Solvang 45, Ojai 30 and this all means beach, snow, and lakes are all within easy reach.
ANY PARTICULAR MEMORIES OR EXPERIENCES LIVING IN POLO CONDOS THAT STAND OUT TO YOU?
The Polo game when British royalty, Prince Harry, and fashion royalty, Nacho Figueras, played within a few feet of our patio party and spoke to our granddaughter.
