It was our second home, and we were simply not using it enough.

What made you fall in love with Montecito?

Montecito’s charm won us over instantly. The towering trees provided a serene backdrop, while the natural beauty of the area was simply captivating.

Plus, the convenience factor was hard to beat, with everything from banks to boutiques close at hand.

Did you enjoy the neighborhood?

Absolutely. The Bonnymede neighborhood was welcoming, and the proximity to the Pacific Ocean was unbeatable.

Having shops, restaurants, and other amenities within walking distance made life there incredibly convenient and enjoyable.

Any particular memories or experiences in Montecito that stand out to you?

Living by the ocean was definitely a highlight.

Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sun set over the water were moments we’ll always treasure.

We also loved walking for miles in the verdant hills of Montecito, getting exercise while discovering beautiful areas.

What will you miss most about Montecito?

Everything. Bonnymede offered a peaceful retreat from the chaos of everyday life, and our condo’s design added to the comfort and beauty of our home.
