DOST: URBAN REGENERATION THROUGH AN INTERACTIVE ALGORITHM D.O.S.T. plays on the fact that humans are inherently curious to find an answer to a question may that be through riddles or clues. In the search for an answer the player/user explores, understands the local streets, culture, cuisine and practices of the region unlike the existing games which involve sitting. The fact that playing DOST depends on discovering the external spaces makes it stand out from the pre-existing games and also promotes physical health. The stimulating clues allow the user to acknowledge and acquire worthwhile information of the surroundings at each step of the process along with providing a holistic vision of the area and immediacy to the prominent monuments. As the game comprises of local exploration, interaction with the resident population would be inevitable and therefore verbal exchange of ideas will encourage national unity and respect towards the cultural diversity. The game encourages universal design allowing each and every individual to live out this exciting and inquisitive module. The basic design of this game can be implemented in any region and would definitely improvise the tourism of the region.
