RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE TYMBER CREEK

CONNERTON MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING

BGE provided civil design and permitting for this 63‑acre mixed-use project which included stormwater design, potable water and sanitary sewer distribution design, reuse water main, roadway design and lift station design. The permitting of the project involved the City of Daytona Beach, Volusia County, St. Johns River Water Management District, Florida Power and Light and Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

BGE is providing schematic design, design development, construction documents, and permitting for a 5-acre medical office complex. Project includes storm drainage and flood study including floodplain compensation and underground storage. The project also includes wetland mitigation, utility design, lift station design, grading, site layout and parking lot design. Offsite forcemain improvements were designed and permitted with Pasco County Utility Department and a right turn lane is being permitted through FDOT.

MCR HEALTH AT WAKELAND Location: Bradenton, FL

The MCR Health at Wakeland project provides a public medical clinic within an existing public-school campus for School District of Manatee County. Site improvements will include an additional parking lot, ADA accessible paths and stormwater conveyance, all while maintaining a secure campus.

Multiple locations throughout Florida With multiple locations throughout Florida, each Heartland Dental office consists of a standalone 4,200-square-foot dental office. Site improvements include parking, ADA accessibility, utilities and stormwater conveyance.

HENDERSON MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING Location: Tampa, FL

BGE is currently providing schematic design, design development, construction documents and permitting for the redevelopment of a 0.9‑acre medical office complex. This project includes a letter modification to the existing Environmental Resource Permit through the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD). BGE is also performing utility design, grading, site layout and parking lot design for this project.
