THIS COMING WEEK EASTER LILIES if you would like to give a lily in memory of a someone, please put £4 in the blue safe marked flowers, and write their name(s) on the list on the sound desk. We will soon be ordering the lilies so please sign up in the next week. ANNUAL VESTRY MEETING AND APCM (Annual Parochial Church Meeting) The Annual Vestry Meeting and the APCM for this year will be held in the Cathedral today following the morning service. The Vestry meeting will be at 11.45am and the APCM will follow immediately after. Nomination Forms for the elections to Churchwarden, Community Committee member, Deanery Synod member, Cathedral Council member and Parish Disability Representative are available in the Cathedral. Also, the Deputy Wardens and Sidesmen will be formally elected at the meeting. It is important that these positions are filled so please prayerfully consider if you would serve in one of these roles and play a part in the life and work of the Cathedral. At CHORAL EVENSONG ON SUNDAYS IN LENT we are welcoming curates from around the Diocese to preach at 4pm. Today we welcome the Revd Natasha Thomas from Keighley. Do come if you can. MONDAY FELLOWSHIP Monday 8th April at 2pm. The group meets in the Parish Room at 2pm on the second Monday of the month and everyone is most welcome to come and join us. The speaker on Monday is William Thackray, a retired priest. William is giving a talk and photographic presentation on “The 14 Northern Cathedrals”. LAMPS THEATRE PASSION PLAY is on Monday 8 April at 7pm. Told from the perspectives of Peter, Mary Magdalene and a Roman centurion named Marcus, this Passion play leads us up to and through the events of Holy Week, the cross and beyond. Tickets at £8 (£5 for under 25s) are available at www.bradfordcathedral.eventbrite.com At the COFFEE CONCERT this Tuesday 9 April, we welcome Elizabeth Charlesworth. Coffee and cakes will be served from 10.30am and the concert will start at 11am. There is no charge but there is a retiring collection, which will go towards the organ fund.
