As businesses look to increase revenue and attract new customers there has never been a better time add a little bartender flair to barista skills.

VANILLA ESPRESSO MARTINI/MARTINO

• 3 pumps Sweetbird Vanilla syrup

• Double shot espresso

• 50ml vodka for Martini or 50ml oat milk

Shake hard and pour into small glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

GREEN ICED TEA

• 3 pumps Sweetbird Cucumber & Mint Iced Green Tea

• 100ml sparkling water

• 50ml tequila or 50ml coconut water

Build in a glass and fill with ice

Garnish with mint sprig and cucumber slice.

BELLINI

• 50ml Sweetbird Peach Smoothie

• Sparkling wine or ginger ale

Build in a champagne flute.
