SEPTEMBER 2022 TAMIOCHUS REPORT

I. Officer or Committee Report Summary.

Fundraising Committee held a meeting on 8/25/22. Many Fundraising Ideas were discussed. These are the ideas that we would like to accomplish the first half of the Sorority Year. • Black Panther Private Movie Showing during Founder’s Weekend. Rent out Cinema Café for a private showing of Black Panther sell out seats with a little over cost for profit. Must sell a min of food $500. Need to gauge chapter’s interest to determine if the event could be held. • Gather information to sell Krispy Kreme donuts and certificates. TBD • Possible hold a Game Night with Sorors, Philos, and Rhoers. TBD

This officer focused on assuring that dues were paid for Sorors, Rhoers, and Philos during the month of August. As of August 31, there are 6 financial Rhoers, 7 financial Philos, and 33 financial Sorors.

Also, most of the Chapter Operations were also paid this month. Such as, the mailbox, website, web domain, and zoom.

The remaining scholarship check of $750 was cashed by the recipient on 8/31/2022. A stop payment was placed on the previous check.

The grace period to pay dues without late fees end September 30, 2022. There is a late fee on all levels (Local, Regional, National) if dues are received after September 30th. • Local, NEF, and SPEAR Dues can be paid via, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, or Bank Deposit. • Regional Dues can be paid on the Northeastern Region Website. o Receipts must be sent to BXS Tamiochus and Grammateus • National Dues can be paid on the National Website. o Receipts must be sent to BXS Tamiochus and Grammateus
