COMMUTER Students

Commuter students are those who choose to enroll at Benedict College and reside off campus. Our commuters will have the same access and resources on campus as our boarding students while not residing on-campus. Note: Commuter students who would like to eat in the café have the option to purchase a meal plan through the Office of Student Accounts. Please email studentaccounts@benedict. edu.

Commuter students are encouraged to attend and participate in any campus event rather it be an academic symposium, social engagement, or a sports game, all commuters are welcome to enjoy campus life. The college hosts a multitude of on-campus events for welcome week that all students, including commuter students, are encouraged to attend.

Being a commuter student can sometimes mean long breaks between courses and the commute back to your residence may not be feasible. No worries, Benedict College has a multitude of locations for students to lounge, study, and also rest in between courses.
