On behalf of the Trustees, faculty, staff, students, and alumni, welcome to Benedict College, the HBCU that put the BC in HBCU!
Welcome Week is a point of pride for me – a time set aside to celebrate your academic accomplishments and your acceptance into Benedict College. This special week is a shining example of our commitment to providing transformative learning experiences for our diverse student body. Indeed, you have made the BEST decision in choosing Benedict College! Through your unique academic, personal accomplishments, and triumphs, you have earned admission to Benedict College, and I am deeply honored to lead this great Institution.
When you arrive on campus in the coming days, your educational journey will be supported by faculty, staff, and administrators, who are committed to your success: We will embrace, celebrate, and support you as you join the Tiger family. In turn, we expect you to thrive – academically, personally, financially, and professionally.

A special appreciation to your family and friends for supporting you during your educational pursuits and your journey to Benedict.
