Jean, for all the ways that you live Beloit Health System’s values... our hat is off to you!
Jean earned the Values ENGAGEMENT Pin for being FOCUSED and EMOTIONALLY INVESTED while the Nuance transcription system was down for two weeks. Jean took a dire situation and came up with a workable plan so our patient records would continue to be completed timely and billing could continue. She also provided superb daily communication so everyone was informed of the plan throughout the process. As always, Jean was a positive role model when things got tough! Jean also earned the Values QUALITY Pin for her work to ensure the highest level of DATA INTEGRITY at our health system. In several situations, data has been needed very quickly and Jean worked diligently to ensure that the quality of the data was maintained even while reports were quickly produced. Jean understands the serious and important nature of the work she and her staff do and takes every measure to ensure that data integrity is always maintained

Cindy and Kris earned the Values SATISFACTION Pin for displaying EMPATHY by being moved to help a patient’s family member in every way possible. The family member was having a very difficult time due to their loved one’s unique situation. Cindy and Kris went above and beyond by spending extra time to ensure the patient’s family member was well cared for by answering questions at-length, finding a quiet spot for rest and taking time to listen to the concerns expressed. Thank you Cindy and Kris for showing this patient’s family member the level of care and support our health system gives to people in our community!
