Engagement & Satisfaction If you have ever visited our Lee Lane facility, you most likely witnessed Victoria’s warm smile and compassionate demeanor as she greets patients and individuals arriving to the Family Medicine Clinic. Victoria has been serving patients for over 20 years at our health system and her enthusiasm for making our health system a place that patients wish to continue choosing over and over again is as strong as ever.There are many special ways that Victoria lives our health system’s values of Engagement and Satisfaction, however the sum of her continuous efforts to create positive and memorable experiences are best represented in her recent achievement. Victoria was recently recognized and received Engagement and Satisfaction values pins for her six years in a row of being ranked at the
99 percentile from patients participating in the Clinic CAHPS patient experience survey. Please join our health system in celebrating Victoria’s outstanding patient experience achievement!
