WHAT DID THEY GOT ?

2 Tha Din Daeng can be called a city with old houses but still retains its beauty.

3 Things that are still old are not only homes, but also cultures that are still passed down from the past, whether it's the living of the people in that area or eating.

Elderbrook

Following my recent visit to the Tha Din Daeng community, I have observed that this particular community possesses a historical significance that extends beyond mere antiquity; it encapsulates the essence of an ancient settlement. The houses and various artifacts within the community remain remarkably unchanged, reflecting a timeless quality. Notably, a prominent visual characteristic that stood out during my visit was the presence of rust.

This rust can be considered as an indicator of the passage of an extensive period of time, ultimately contributing to the development of what is commonly referred to as a "rustic" aesthetic.

MID RISE ————— ELDERBROOK ESTATE

In our design concept, we strategically positioned the swimming pool on the upper floor to provide an exquisite experience for our future residents. Our primary intention was to offer an unparalleled vista of the majestic river and the vibrant cityscape across the street. By elevating the pool to this prime location, we aimed to create a captivating fusion of leisure and panoramic urban spectacle, where residents can unwind amidst the serenity of water while savoring the dynamic cityscape beyond. This architectural choice embodies our commitment to harmonizing nature and urbanity, ensuring that every moment spent in this space is not just refreshing but also visually enriching.

GOAL

Our resolute determination in designing this edifice is firmly rooted in our aspiration to bestow upon its future residents not merely a dwelling, but an abode ensconced in an environment of pristine quality, adorned with a breathtaking vista. Our aim is to craft a sanctuary that embraces both the natural beauty of its surroundings and the elevated standards of living, thereby affording an unparalleled living experience for its inhabitants.
