If you are a school leaver aged 16-18 on 31 August 2022, the Study Programmes in this prospectus are FREE. Are you aged 19 or over? Other financial support All full-time Level 2 programmes are now FREE for everyone to study, whatever your age. If you are looking to study a Level 3 qualification (equivalent to an A-Level), your course could still be FREE if you’re aged under 19 or 19-23 and studying your first full-time Level 3 qualification. If you’re aged 24 or over or studying a second Level 3 qualification, you will need to pay a fee.
