Jen: Money marketing felt like it was going in a direction that didn’t align with me, so I swung the pendulum to the furthest point in the other direction In an attempt to be the opposite of what didnt align, I noticed I was losing a piece of myself and the potency of who I am. I feel like leading with this question because you tap people into their supernatural, full capacity and voice How do we become more of ourselves without diluting and without participating?
Allyson: I'm reading a book right now called, “The Courage to be Disliked” One of the ideas they express in the book is that many of us have a series of thoughts that descend into our field, and we collude them together as though they are one thought If we give ourselves permission to unpack the thoughts, then we actually shift from the problem paradigm into the frequency of possibility.
So, if I were to speak as me, from my universe, I speak in the voice of harmony which is the voice that empowers you, esteems you, lists you, honors you, and acknowledges you If we were in an actual ministering session, I would unpack this through curiosity because I wouldn't know your truth without multiple conversations, but I'm going to speed up my assessment by assumption The highest perfected consciousness is the inner child When I wriggle my way into the center of your statement, I find little Jen there holding justice by any means necessary, the truth and pioneer of new consciousness
A human that is bringing new thought and new leadership into the world often grabs what the Bible would call the Wheats and the Tares So in my assumption you grabbed the justice but you also grabbed the judgments. If we go to market with both justice and judgment, both will perform for us Theres a canceling out and that is what changed your results and your reality To shift is to take that justice and that judgment into your own meditation and prayer life. Transmute the judgments into a higher frequency, then when it goes out into society it will echo back to you something that is more profitable
In any type of comparison there's a level of judgment, where you ' re judging the results you feel you should have in comparison or you ’ re judging the results somebody else is having, feeling like those results are rightfully yours If I'm coming from that place of judgment or wanting to make something even in the slightest form wrong, that is the intention behind what I'm speaking It is polluting the potency of the message
But, the grace is, the judgment is no longer bad. I love the quote by Rumi that says there is a field beyond right and wrong, I'll meet you there There is no right and wrong here As leaders we grab judgment and judgement is a very usable energetic What you want to do is wash it off. If I go planting in the garden, I'm going to get a lot of soil under my nails I'm not going to smell the best, but I did something really good and profitable! Now I've just got to wash it off Like a spiritual shower As leaders we can't be afraid to fly into the shadows of our understanding and get a little judgment stank on us
We play nice in the sandbox and we “kind of” show up because we want to make sure we are keeping everybody happy, but you and I both know that that’s not reality Legendary members of our world have the most adversity and controversy around them, but their voice is penetrating through
Most people assume when they find their courage it will be a full-grown functioning energetic system However, when we find our courage, it is in an infantile state We must nurture and nourish it into the full-grown state of consciousness When I came into the marketplace, I had the guts to charge $4500 an hour I went and took a course, and I got the guts to charge $600 for a group Then I met Lisa Nichols. She really loved me and respected me. She brought my rate up My rate was over $1,000 an hour within two years It just kept getting stronger Then I got on a stage in front of 30 people Then somebody hands me a microphone in front of 5,000 people Every single time it was me walking stumbling, crawling, falling That was my courage and my conviction With each time condemnation, judgment of self, and comparison began to evaporate Im noticing my baby-girl-guts are now running My courage is eating solid foods! What is starving is my self-loathing and my fear of judgment

Jen: I wish more people along their journey started to look at the points of courage as their evidence The beautiful stacking in this progression There is so much rush to reach the summit I have to keep asking myself, what are we chasing here? A location? A comma in my bank account? An environment? Things I own? So many people are rushing towards this You have really shown the way of enjoying the process and stacking successes today to be the evidence for tomorrow.

It is often very difficult for leaders to prioritize themselves and make themselves the center of their own reality It raises your frequency when you say, “Im not trying to perfect myself. Im accepting myself.” When I accept myself now, see myself in my fullness and see what I've been allowing to blossom in my world, that changes how we relate to honor, integrity, and our own truth State what you love about yourself What felt lovely about each moment today When we can say things to ourselves like, “I approve of myself I like the decisions that I made today” When we begin to speak and exist in a frequency called satisfaction, that is a frequency of the fortunate
Jen: That was delicious Self-acceptance, to me, sounds like utter fulfillment, unwavering belief, peaceful confidence, someone who will seize opportunities, knock on doors and walk into rooms. In selfacceptance there would be no holding back, only leaning in. How do we continue this? It is one thing to be inspired to become more selfacceptant, but how do we continue this journey?
Allyson: I'm working with my clients right now on several different aspects that have made a unique difference One practice is from Louise Hay who founded Hay House She's a great matriarch of the New Age movement One day I was listening to one of her old teachings on YouTube, just having it playing in the background I think I was either cleaning the kitchen or doing makeup I cant remember She said something I had to rewind and play it again I rewound it a second time, and she said, “I want you to begin to bless the inanimate objects that are in your life”
When you get in, thank your car for starting. When you get out of the car, thank it for keeping you safe
I began to practice this in my day-by-day life. I have the new Bos noise canceling headphones They're sleek and beautiful I love them, and they go everywhere with me One day I was walking to my yoga room and they fell on the floor Because I had been practicing celebrating inanimate objects, I said, “Ohh sweetheart I'm so sorry I dropped you ” Then I said, “ you really make a difference for me ” Now let's fast forward to a moment later that morning, when I got out of the shower I noticed I had a little thigh meat chunk where my thighs connect and thought, “I need to tell my trainer We’ve gotta do more thigh lifts!” Then suddenly I was in awareness I am kinder to my headphones than my own physical body
Jen: This is profound, rare conversation That really hit home for me My eyes are full of tears from when you were saying, I was giving more love to my headphones than my physical body I feel like we are doing this with money
Allyson: There are seasons where we are growing the union with money, just like when you ' re newly dating You're not out spending all your time with family and friends because you ' re spending more time getting to know each other. I realized even as I was drawing money in, it showed me I wasn't in union with it It’s exhausting if, every time I call my lover, I've got to draw them in That means we don't even match. We don’t go together.
You are asking the question, how do I have union with my prosperity? Most humans don't know how to form union with prosperity because they're afraid to talk to money Most of society is speaking in a deficit dialogue and so money falls through the cracks I have had millions and lost it because of a deficit dialogue
Jen: I firmly believe we are constantly being chiseled into a more empathetic, compassionate, wise leader In entrepreneurship we want to hide these experiences because we think it means somethings wrong or something is not working You expand every single time
Allyson: This is how we dissolve resistance with the shadow self If our parent did not model safety with their shadow, then we have resistance to our own
As we embark upon greater popularity and fame in society, a lot of humanity has issue with popularity They have issue with even calling themselves popular Allowing themselves to be popular is one of the affirmations that my private clients are using right now. One affirmation is, my face is a work of art. You may hear that and think, I would never say that about myself But are you mad that your reels aren't getting used? They aren’t getting used because people are magnetic fields It may be our calling to be popular, to be seen, influential being in this world. But then theres fear at the same time What does that mean to my life? What does that mean to my relationships?
Most people feed their invisibility They are on social media trying their damnedest for the attention that will bring success to their business, but they don't realize their own internalized traumatic experience I will use myself as an example I was having a significant downturn in my business in 2016 I was in year three of a brand-new business, so it made sense, but I didn't know that To me, my inability to convert had to do with thinking I'm bad at sales Somehow, I can teach other people to sell, but I cant do it myself. Facebook Live had just come out at that time I had written a program called Fame, Fortune, and Facebook Live
At an event somebody told me to call a certain person, and I think it was $5,000 to have a conversation with her I paid $5,000 and was crying on the phone She said to me, “I'm going to bank this $5,000, and I'm going to apply it to the next thing we do together” She sent me to a spiritual coach, who is still my spiritual coach today.
This was before I really tapped into the ministry side of myself This was the coach that changed the entire trajectory of my reality because she said to me, who are you hiding from? We realized that when I was in middle school there were girls that took my clothes, and then made fun of my body as I walked out wearing my bra and panties That same group of girls followed me home and proceeded to beat me down, kicking me and stomping me, for no reason other than I was happy - and they didn't like it That taught me not to demonstrate happiness or showcase my joy, to hide it from women Young, inner traumatized, Allyson turned down the wattage on herself. I was doing all the things my team was telling me to do, but my frequency wasn't truly in it
If you believe that you are a messenger of any kind, an authority in any way, or that you have something to share, even if it's just one simple stream of consciousness, your next manifestation is nothing in the outer world. It is in the inner world. What was invited into your path in your younger years that asked you to hide? What enforced that being invisible was what you should choose to do? What buried the sound of who you authentically are? If you manifest that understanding you will change your message, your movement, your momentum, and your money all from that one exploration.

Stepping Into Your Feminine as the Female Breadwinner
For the first time in history, women are not just making money but stepping into financial leadership within their relationships. Whilst it might feel like we have ticked a bunch of boxes in regard to feminism, we ’ re now seeing the negative consequences of this shift in our romantic relationships I want to preface, before we even get into this article, that I am not against women making money I'm not saying women need to go back to just being in the kitchen all day Instead, what I am, proposing is the very real reality that many of us as women do not know how to stay in our feminine and still make money Men also have never been in such a time where they do not know what their purpose is if we are the ones that are the heart to the family, and also bringing home the dough. It's vital that we look at some of the very real statistics of being the female breadwinner.
For the sake of this article, I am going to use women/men to describe the people in a romantic relationship There is always going to be feminine and masculine energy (that is what creates polarity), so if you are in a same-sex relationship, please feel free to change these words to what makes sense for you and your partner, depending on who adopts what role
Statistics show that female breadwinners are more likely to be cheated on by their male partners . That's a hard pill to swallow, but also not surprising. The reason why is that very often, women end up associating money with power and dominance. They end up emasculating their male partner, making him feel unseen, like less of a man, and his purpose in the relationship and family starts to diminish So we as women need to make sure that we are not getting on our high horse as we make money because my concern is that it will backfire where women then feel like they have to choose between money and love I want every woman to truly feel like she can have the career that she wants, make the amount of money she desires, and not have it sabotage her love life
One of the most common issues that comes up for couples when the woman is the one making the money or even bringing an equal amount to the table – is resentment It's not uncommon for women to even consciously choose to be the breadwinner, but after a while, she ends up realizing that she does not want this pressure every single day What we see on social media about "the feminine urge to quit your job, bake bread, and have chickens" has truth to it. Women are exhausted, and many are craving to start a micro bakery over grinding away at work especially when work is causing them to miss out on spending time with their friends, making a beautiful home, and/or with their children
Where the problem really arises is when women are stepping into their hyper-masculine energy to maintain control, leaving very little space for their male partner to feel like he is providing and protecting the family If you want to be in a relationship where there is polarity, and you are able to be in your feminine, and he can be in your masculine, it's imperative that you learn to appreciate how else he can provide and protect without being the one that needs to make the money. If you see money as masculine, then you will immediately make yourself the masculine pole in the relationship, causing you to become extremely disconnected from your feminine energy.
You will also likely put him in more of the role of the feminine in your mind Just this alone can become detrimental because you unconsciously think that he is no longer your provider and protector When in reality, the vast majority of men are craving these days to feel like more of the provider in the protector in the family It is our job, as the women making money, to help our partners also see how else they provide immense value to the relationship, separate to the amount of money they bring to the table. Because even if you were with a man who made $3 million a year but would not protect you from something dangerous happening on the street–you would not feel like he is this masculine, and you could just soften into your feminine
We have an opportunity to model a new archetype of the female breadwinner: one who is successful, deeply loved, and fulfilled in her heart.
It is imperative that you start to reflect on how else he can lead you. Allow him to take the reins in other areas where you want to feel looked after and led. These could include decisionmaking, budgeting, physical tasks around the house, planning holidays, or even simply always driving the car.
Rather than constantly micromanaging him and making him feel like you do not trust him, you need to start appreciating what he does around the house and how else he supports you Many of us have devalued the more traditional feminine qualities like doing laundry, cooking, maintaining a house, and raising kids. So if our partner is a stay-at-home dad, for example, we will immediately devalue the value that he provides to the family. And we will even devalue when we spend our time folding laundry, for example
Capitalism has made us think that the way we provide value is the amount of money that we bring home This societal belief alone is making so many women feel like the only way that they are ‘enough’ as women is by the
amount of money that they make So they don’t even allow themselves to admit that maybe they don't want to work as much or even at all. I encourage you to start leaning into your feminine energy as much as you can, not only for your own benefit but also for the benefit of your relationship
How can you soften and surrender, play more, and be more creative? The more that you are in your feminine, the more that he will rise into his masculine When you want to dip into control resentment, and anger (you’re likely exhausted) try your best to soften into your body and emotions. Communicate with your man from a place of vulnerability This will create safety around the conversation of money instead of fear every time you bring it up

Most people love others the way they want to be loved. I don’t
live like most. After a failed marriage, starting a family over again and a deep commitment to be an exceptional mom and wife, I had some big lessons along the way Most lessons have been those hard, crunchy, leave you on your knees type for me I suppose I am a slow burn or stubborn soul who doesn’t always catch the whispers so it takes a loud moment to gather my attention
In the pursuit to become the best version of myself for me, my family and those I serve, I came across The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman. It seemed simple and maybe even a little amateurish when I first heard about it but after reading and applying this knowledge to my life, everything has changed for the better
The revolutionary lesson for me was that we must articulate to others how we like to receive love so they can support us and our relationship BUT we also need to ask and hear how those we are in relationship with like to accept love themselves. We must be aware of how to show and express to others how much they mean to us in a way that they connect to it I started stretching myself to hold hands, cuddle up on the couch and give sweet kisses more often My husband stretched himself to say kind words, communicate his appreciation and speak his love outwardly to me It was not comfortable at first because naturally we want to give the way we like to receive
After grasping and witnessing the dramatic shift in my marriage, I studied it for my four children and brought it also into my business. Each of my children now receive from me what makes them feel seen and celebrated. It took the pressure off of having to keep things “ even ” or “equal” and instead it taught me to show my love to them as the individuals that they are One loves quality time, while another loves receiving gifts Rather than forcing time with one that would rather a gift, I give them exactly what speaks to their heart and they all feel so connected to me as a result
Now here’s the humor in applying this to my life. My husband and I are polar opposites for how we receive love. I am text book words of affirmation and this is his least favorite way of receiving love. His top language was physical touch and this was the bottom of my list At first glance we could seem incompatible and in many ways at the time we were Without knowing, I was giving words of affirmation to him as my expression of love because this was how I would receive it He would be frustrated that I could walk by him without a kiss or touch and it was the last thing on my mind
In business, I ask my team their love language so that I can also honor and appreciate them in a way that they connect to. Funny enough we are all words of affirmation so we are each other’s best hype squad ever and never neglect saying how grateful we are for one another.
Truly seeing people, caring enough to understand them and then being a person who works to connect in a way that they appreciate, is the way to deep and meaningful relationships It’s different Most don’t even bother I challenge you to not be like most Be the one who leaves people better than you found them and The 5 Love Languages is a really simple yet powerful tool to ensure you do.

Decadent Desserts
Indulge in passion this Valentine’s Day with our guide to decadent desserts that are as irresistible as they are unforgettable.
Strawberries Stuffed with Mascarpone Cheese
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces of mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese for a substitution), room temperature
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons confectioner's sugar
28 strawberries dark chocolate bar for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
Cut off the leafy bottoms of the strawberries to create a flat base.
Cut a deep cross in the tops of the strawberries, stopping before the bottom.
Fill a piping bag with the cheese mixture (or use a zip lock bag with the corner cut off).
Pipe the cheese mixture into the strawberries.
Grate chocolate over the stuffed strawberries using a microplane or cheese grater.
Arrange the strawberries on a platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Red Hot Dark Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Margarine do not use butter
1 5oz Can Evaporated Milk
1 7oz Jar Marshmallow Cream
1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2-1/2 Cup Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet
Chocolate Chips
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
4 squares of Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Bars - broken into pieces
1/4 cup Red Hots
Valentine Sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a 9x13 glass pan with parchment paper, spray lightly with cooking spray, and set aside.
Place chocolate chips and vanilla in a mixer bowl and set aside.
Heat sugar, margarine, evaporated milk, and marshmallow cream in a 3-quart heavy saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until the mixture boils, then boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and pour the mixture over the chocolate chips in the mixer bowl.
Beat with a whip attachment until smooth and silky. (Non-premium chocolate may result in a grainy texture.)
Transfer to the prepared dish.
Top with red hots, chocolate bar pieces, and Valentine sprinkles.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting and serving.
Strawberry Champagne Trifles
INGREDIENTS
1 pound strawberries, divided
1 bottle rosé champagne, or champagne of choice, divided
3 tablespoons cold water
2 packets (4 teaspoons) unflavored gelatin
1 ½ cups strawberry jam, divided
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
2-3 cups very cold vegetable oil, chilled in the refigerator
1 pound (454 grams) mascarpone cheese
1 can (397 grams) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup heavy cream
1 package ladyfinger biscuits, lightly crushed
INSTRUCTIONS
Stem and chop strawberries, reserving 8 whole for topping. Cover chopped strawberries with champagne in a large bowl, refrigerate for 3+ hours.
Make Champagne Caviar:
Sprinkle gelatin over 3 tbsp cold water, mix until pasty, and set aside.
Heat ¼ cup + 2 tbsp champagne in the microwave, mix in 2 tbsp strawberry jam, sugar, and gelatin until smooth. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Pour into a squeeze bottle, dribble into cold oil in a tall glass to form spheres.
Strain caviar using a fine sieve, rinse in cold water, and refrigerate.
Prepare mascarpone cream:
Mix mascarpone, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into mascarpone mixture.
Assemble layers in glasses:
Spoon jam at the bottom, sprinkle crushed ladyfingers, add soaked strawberries, and pipe mascarpone cream. Add champagne caviar around edges for visibility. Repeat layers as needed, finishing with mascarpone cream.
Top each glass with a whole strawberry. Refrigerate until serving, then serve with spoons.
